The design for this dual-image store not only needed to create a thriving, mutually beneficial relationship between two well-known luxury automotive brands but also be a good neighbor to the residences and country club that surround the property on two sides. aiDG worked directly with city officials, club representatives and local residents to create a design solution that worked for everyone. A reduced store footprint and new retaining wall maximized the site’s potential while appropriately addressing neighbors’ concerns.
Unique façade treatments and entries for Porsche and Audi differentiated the brands on the building exterior. On the interior, they share key resources, including a 25-bay service center, parts department and restrooms.
